Terms and Conditions:
Deposits - To Hold a Chameleon, we Require a $75 deposit. This deposit will then be applied towards the total price of your new Pet (price of chameleon + shipping cost).
Deposits are non-refundable, but will remain a store credit.
Shipping - Chameleons are Live Arrival Guaranteed. Chameleons are shipped FedEx Overnight to a local FedEx Location nearest you. Chameleons are normally shipped out on Tuesdays & Wednesdays.
Shipping of livestock (your new chameleon) is based upon temperature (weather), and any potential shipping delays. We reserve the right to hold your chameleon until a suitable shipping window opens.
This is all in best interest of your Chameleon!
Shipping will be discussed with you in length, and a shipping date will be scheduled that’s mutually agreeable.
Once your Chameleon is ready for shipping, you will be notified. We generally ask you take shipment within a (2) week window at this point (unless previously discussed & stated in your contract).
If there are any Issues with your Shipment, we ask that your notify us within (2) Hours of Receipt. Pictures will be required.
In the unlikely event (hasn’t happened thus far) your Chameleon arrives DOA - we will either provide a replacement Chameleon or issue you a store credit for your original purchase price (until an animal of equal value is chosen).
We are not responsible for shipping delays due to carrier error, damage during shipping,or due to purchaser error.
Animal Health Guarantee - Every Chameleon sold comes with our 30-day Health Guarantee. With this Guarantee, we do require to see your Set-Up for your Chameleon Prior to Shipping. We have put a lot of love, care, and time into raising our Chameleons, and will only sell one knowing it’s going into the proper environment. We are a small batch breeder, and aren’t selling Chameleons to the masses. Each one gets individual care, and we want the best for them going forward. We will gladly go over all the requirements for keeping a Chameleon with you, We understand when something becomes “work”, we tend not to keep up with it. We believe in keeping things simple, and will teach you how!
